Jacob’s role within the Salient brand is to drive the overall direction of the business with a focus on business development, investor relations and development management.
He draws on his experience with builder, MJE and ADM experience with a Private Family. At MJE he gained robust experience working on-site and in administration in the construction of social housing projects with Aboriginal Housing Victoria and insurance projects on schools state-wide backed by the State Government. At a Private Family Office, he worked as an ADM delivery of $14m.

Adi's role within the business is to ensure development deliverables are seen through with a focus on development management and project compliance.
Adi is a purebred Development Manager having managed dual occupancy, multi-unit and and master-planned community projects across Melbourne over a 12 year career. With a marketing degree and from an accounting background, Adi has an end value of $180m in delivered developments under his belt. He has developed real estate at the height of the GFC in 2009 through to the pandemic of 2021. He transitioned from the middle-market space to developing design-led multi-unit and medium density projects in Melbourne’s most iconic suburbs such as Richmond, Collingwood and Chadstone.
